i love how hamster was saying the r8 is qwiet… its only cus he was so far behind an he was pushing the porcha so hard to keep up he couldent hear it over his engine.
btw , this video features the old 911 model , the new ones with direct injection and PDK gearbox are miles better than the R8. and i’m not even talking about the new 911 turbo or the GT3/GT3 RS.
i’m a Porsche fan since i was a kid and i own a 911 , i wouldn’t change it for any other car (except a Carrera GT). my best friend has a R8, it’s a very nice car, but in everyday situations the 911 is the more practical car and more fun to drive.
if i wanted a 2 seater , i’d get a 911 GT3 which has the same price as an R8, is as practical as the R8, but faster and a lot more thrilling.
The music played on these clips is different then what played when the episodes aired I think. Odd
meh porsche are good but the look is soooo old now i know its cause its about evolution and all that other stuff i personally prefer the r8 but i would get a aston martin vantage v12

U arent smart.. The 911’s design has been around for more then 15 years first of all and they cannot change it due to the fact that is the ONLY car with the engine at the back.
This was the 911 carrera 2s… imagine what a 911 turbo would do to this audi. it would litterally DESTROY it

Wheel for wheel I’d rather have a Porsche. In 20 years time no one will remember the R8 but the 911 will still be the single best sports car ever made.
